Our Work

From the clinic floor to the cabinet room, the programmes and platforms through which MentaPulse Africa is reshaping Africa’s approach to workplace wellbeing.

Practical Interventions, Measurable impact.

Everything we do is grounded in the understanding that employee wellbeing at work is not a soft topic; it is a strategic, economic, and deeply human one. Our projects address the problem at every level: the individual employee, the organisation, and the national policy landscape.

Career Consultancy

Work environments that ignore the psychological needs of employees do not just lose talent, they accelerate illness. Our career consultancy service works directly with organisations to identify the structural and cultural drivers of poor employee wellbeing and to design practical, people-centred interventions. From policy audits to leadership coaching, we help organisations build cultures where professionals can sustain their performance without destroying their health.

Wellness Programs

Generic wellness initiatives rarely work. Ours are co-designed with the African professional context in mind, culturally relevant, evidence-based, and built for the realities of Ghana’s workplace environment. Our programmes cover stress management, emotional resilience, work-life balance, and burnout prevention, delivered through webinars, in-person workshops, and ongoing employer partnerships.

Employee Wellbeing Education

Knowledge is the first line of defence. Through Ghana’s first employee wellness podcast, public campaigns, and strategic media partnerships, MentaPulse Africa reaches working professionals with practical, honest employee wellbeing education. We also work with healthcare providers and policymakers to strengthen the national response to workplace-related mental ill-health.

Employee Satisfaction Research

You cannot improve what you do not measure. MentaPulse Africa conducts rigorous employee satisfaction and wellbeing research, providing organisations with the data they need to make informed decisions about people strategy. Our research also contributes to Ghana’s growing body of evidence on the link between workplace conditions and non-communicable disease risk.

Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs)

When employees need support, the speed and quality of that support can determine outcomes. We design and implement structured EAP frameworks for organisations, connecting employees with professional employee wellbeing resources and establishing the internal systems needed to normalise help-seeking in the workplace.

Every organisation’s challenges are different. If you do not see exactly what you need above, reach out, we work closely with partners to design bespoke solutions.

This work is only possible with your support.

Our education resources, public campaigns, and advocacy work are freely available because we believe access to employee wellbeing information should not be a privilege. Help us keep it that way.
