Stephen Antah is a business consultant and a business strategist. He is the Executive President of the Foundation for Initiative Development (FFID), an NGO that focuses on Leadership, investment and entrepreneurship, which he founded in 2006. He is also the CEO of FFID Consult, a consulting firm that focuses on developing and growing SMEs.

He serves on the Accra Academy Endowment Fund Board as its secretary/member. He serves on the Advisory Committee board of the Marketing Program of Accra Technical University. He has over thirteen years of experience in the banking industry, working in various roles in both business and operations. He has over eighteen years of experience in NGO management and twelve years of experience in Business consulting and strategy.

He had his secondary education at the Accra Academy (Agricultural Science), his Higher National Diploma at the Accra Polytechnic (Marketing), now Accra Technical University, his first degree at the University of Ghana (BA Psychology /Philosophy), and his master’s at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (MSc. Business Consulting and Enterprise Risk Management).

He has organized various seminars, conferences and workshops over the years to impart knowledge to the youth, especially in secondary schools, tertiary institutions, and churches. He is passionate about good leadership across all spheres of life’s journey. He is a Christian and loves the Lord’s work. He is married with three children.
